Chesapeake Bay Program Citizens Advisory Committee
Purpose
To provide advice and counsel, from a citizens viewpoint, on the implementation phase of the Chesapeake Bay Program to the Chesapeake Executive Council. Provide collective input on all aspects of the restoration to gain public input and support for Bay Program initiatives; to serve as a special communication link with the stakeholder communities represented by individual CAC members; and to participate with and contribute to the work of the Chesapeake Bay Program committees and subcommittees. Twenty members; 16 Gubernatorial/Mayoral appointees, and nine at-large members appointed by the Board of Directors of the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.
