Notaries Public Board of Review

Purpose

To review denial or revocation of commissions of notaries public. To receive petitions, hold hearings, and make final determinations. Members must file personal financial disclosure statements. The members are the Corporation Counsel and director of DCRA or their designees, a public member who shall be an attorney, and member of the DC Bar designated by the resident of the DC Bar.
